Celebrated actor Tom Hanks clearly prefers the Pacific Palisades to live in, considering he has 7 homes there. He recently sold 2 neighboring houses at a combined price of $18 Million. The smaller house is an updated 1933 Spanish Revival villa is spread across half an acre and measures 3,930-square-feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The larger three-story English Country style home from the 1950s has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in 7,260-square-feet. Both houses have a sweeping view of the mountains and canyons across them.
