Adam Rich – DRUG OVERDOSE
Adam Rich had grown up in front of a camera, as in the late 1970s, he became a teenage icon playing Nicholas, the youngest child star on Eight Is Enough, a popular TV show about a widowed father of eight. Rich’s career plodded later on in life but he did find bit roles in shows such as Silver Spoons CHiPs, Small Wonder, St. Elsewhere, and Baywatch. His final project would be 2003’s Reel Comedy. He had struggled with drugs all his career and even survived a Valium overdose in 1989. He was once arrested breaking into a pharmacy. After spending years in a rehabilitation center, he was arrested again in 2002 for driving under the influence. Sadly, in early January of 2023, at age 54, he was found dead at his home.
