Hervé Villechaize – SUICIDE
Hervé Villechaize’s may have had a small stature, but he had a big personality, which served as his ticket to becoming a Hollywood actor. He is famous for his roles in the 1974 James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun and for playing Tattoo, Mr. Roarke’s assistant in the hit television series Fantasy Island. Sadly, Villechaize suffered from health problems, which he said made him ‘despondent’. On the morning of September 4, 1993, the actor committed a suicide by shooting himself in his San Fernando Valley home. He was 50 years old at the time of his death.
