Jamie Farr, Born in 1934
Jamie Farr is best known for his portrayal of the character of the crossdressing corporal Maxwell Q. Klinger in the hit TV sitcom M*A*S*H, who was just waiting to be discharged from the Military for his silly antics. What people didn’t know back then was that Farr actually served in the US Army for two years. After a long career in the entertainment business, Farr now hosts a travel feature of Radio called Travelin’ Farr and is not usually seen at many red carpet or Hollywood events.
