The first movie to be evert shot in Hollywood was the silent movie In Old California, all the way back in 1910! The movie-making industry only thrived after that and over the years we have had some amazing actors.

Katharine Ross, 80 Years Old
Who could forget the face of Katharine Ross? She starred in 3 of the most memorable Hollywood films of all time – The Graduate, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, and The Stepford Wives. Her career began in 1962 and she is active still.
Out of 3 films mentioned, playing Elaine Robinson in The Graduate is probably her most iconic and notable role ever (cue in Simon & Garfunkel’s song Mrs. Robinson). Once in a while she still does some guest appearances on TV shows, but she’s mainly retired from the acting business. She currently leads a quiet life with her husband, actor Sam Elliot.
