David Birney, 81 Years Old
The 70s, 80s and early 90s was the time when actor-director David Birney’s career was in full swing, as he had many acting jobs on TV, in movies and on stage. He’s been seen in The Naked Truth, Nightfall, and Bridget Loves Bernie. Since David is already in his 80s now, we have to assume he has retired.
He was last in the news in 2011, when his ex-wife, actress Meredith Baxter alleged in her memoir that he was abusive towards her. Birney has categorically denied these allegations levied against him. In 2017, it was revealed that he has Alzheimer’s disease.
