When Bert Newton started his career in entertainment via the radio, he wouldn’t have known that he would one day become such a huge star. The media personality and television presenter is an award-winning legend who has now hosted 17 Logie Award ceremonies!
Bert is one of the longest serving TV performers, not just in Australia, but in the world, too. Some of his famous shows include Bert’s Family Feud, Good Morning Australia and New Faces. Bert is still active, but may consider retired as he recently suffered from a mystery illness and had to be hospitalized.
