Janis Paige, 96 Years Old
Janis Paige is an American actress who was first noticed by a talent scout because of her beautiful voice. Even though she appeared in a lot of Hollywood films like The House Across The Street, Bathing Beauty, and Romance on the High Seas, the actress felt unfulfilled so she tried her hand in musical theatre. It was there that she found finally found fulfillment in her craft. A health scare happened in 2001 when the actress-singer lost her voice because of vocal cord damage, but with proper healthcare from the right professionals, she eventually got her talking and singing voice back. In line with the #MeToo movement, the actress reminisces about a famous man who almost physically violated her in the 1940s, the experience she vividly remembers at 96 years old.
