Ali’s first film role was not that big and relevant to the film itself, but it was at least a start. Besides, it starred a major film star, Kirk Douglas. The actress played the small part of Melody in A Lovely Way to Die. The work may not have paid a lot of money but Ali was now exposed to the world of film.
