Carole King is best known for hit songs like You’ve Got a Friend and It’s Too Late, but aside from being a great musician, she’s also an amazing song-writer who has written a total of 118 pop hits that made it to the Billboard Hot 100 charts. That feat has made her America’s most successful female songwriter of the latter half of the 20th century. A songwriter needs inspiration, which is probably why King moved her home base from California to idyllic Idaho. The star found a historic but commercial property called Robinson Bar Ranch that she transformed into her home and music studio. The master’s bedroom is a beauty, with glass windows enveloping the room and showcasing a view of the meadows, a glass door that leads to a balcony, and the bed has bedding that clearly shows you are in the country.
