Playing First Lieutenant/Captain Nurse Colleen McMurphy in the TV series China Beach was highly rewarding for actress Dana Delany, as she’s won 2 Emmy Awards for it. When the series ended, the actress was a familiar face on the television screen because she appeared on other shows, such as Desperate Housewives.
