The famous host of Food Network’s 30 Minute Meals admitted a throat surgery paved the way for her to shed some pounds. The gym, which she looked at as an “enemy” before, now became her friend. Ray does a mix of cardio and strength training for her workout. Her diet, on the other hand, is Mediterranean, composed mainly of veggies and salads.
