Ethan Suplee was cast in shows like Boy Meets World, and My Name is Earl, movies such as American History X and Remember the Titans, because he is really good at acting and also he could play the lovable over-weight guy. From the age of 10, he started an unhealthy relationship with food and at one time, weighed 530 pounds. After following a few dieting fads, he was down to 220 lbs, but it kept fluctuating and he was not getting many acting projects post his weight loss. In all, Ethan says he must have lost and gained almost 1,000 pounds. But, after a permanent change in his lifestyle, diet, exercise routine, and becoming sober, Ethan has transformed into a lean, mean, muscle machine!
