On-again-off-again couple Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry are one of our favorite Hollywood pairs of all time. Indeed, we’re still waiting for that engagement ring, but until then, we will enjoy their fun couple costumes, like when they dressed up as Bill and Hillary Clinton, two Halloweens ago. Honestly, we can’t tell the difference from the real Bill and Hillary.
