Scottie Pippen: ~ $9.8 Million, Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Former NBA superstar Scottie Pippen had listed his Florida mansion for years now and recently has been getting creative trying to sell it! Besides the three-story home, he’s also throwing in his 55-foot Van Dutch yacht in the deal, along with lighting and kitchen upgrades.
Listed on and off since 2007, the 6 bedroom Mediterranean-style house has a private dock that is 215 foot long, putting green, fitness centre, basketball court, chilled wine room and a home theatre. Pippen is said to be still living in this home, but is more than happy to move out when it’s sold.
