Jon Bon Jovi: ~ $20 Million, New Jersey
After he and his band released their album, This House Is Not for Sale, singer and musician Jon Bon Jovi seems to have changed his mind and listed his 15-acre NJ estate for $20 million. High Point Estate, as it is called, is pretty old, although the main house was re-built in 1999.
The large, picturesque property comes with a 18,000 square foot French-inspired chateau which offers 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It also has 740 feet of water frontage facing Navesink River, a heated pool, lawns, pub, stables turned into a recording studio and a 3-bed carriage room from the 1910s!
