Conservative political commentator, author and lawyer Ann Coulter has been in the news a lot these days, thanks to her many not-so-politically-correct statements and opinions. A Fox News favorite, Ann’s work brought her to NYC so often that she decided to invest in property there. In 2016, she bought an apartment in a swanky Upper East Side co-op that cost her $577,000, much below it’s market estimated value of $1.8 million, since the house already has a tenant living in it! The 1,400-square-foot, 2 bedroom home is said to be in need of major renovations.
