Retired fitness instructor Richard Simmons had been an instructor at his Beverly Hills studio – the Slimmons Studio – for more than 30 decades, but abruptly stopped taking classes in February 2014 and receded to the confines of his huge 4,119 square foot LA home. With a 6 foot tall wall around his 0.56-acre property, no one has been able to see inside at all! What we do know is that 1937-built home was bought by the fitness guru for $670,000 in 1982, and is currently valued at $5.2 million. The 2-story home has 4 bedrooms, 2-car garage and a large black bottomed swimming pool.
