Nancy Grace: ~ $1.60 Million, Atlanta
In 2014, after severely renovating and living in her Atlanta home for 18 years, journalist and legal commentator Nancy Grace (of CNN’s Nancy Grace fame), is selling it and the potential buyer was ready to offer $1.599 million for the 5-bedroom traditional colonial style home.
She had purchased the property in 1996 for $407,500 when it was a much smaller place. Her husband guided two extensive remodels and expanded their one-level pad to such an extent that almost nothing of the original structure is left! A toy-filled playroom and whimsical backyard treehouse were made especially for the couple’s twins.
