Not a whole lot of people would be excited about living in a house that is 100 years old, but when country crooner Martina McBride walked into it, she just knew she had to live here, as the house gave her a warm hug! Now, after living here for more than 2 decades, McBride sees the home as a respite after her hectic tours and promotions. The 6 bedroom, 13,000-square-foot neoclassical-style was built in 1917 and sits just 5 miles away from downtown Nashville. McBride and her husband actually had to loan money to buy this property, but it was totally worth it. Opening her home up to us, the singer says that her pad has a clean, warm and simple aesthetic.
