Eddie Murphy: ~ $85 Million, Hollywood Hills
Famous comedian Eddie Murphy initially got his Hollywood Hills real estate property for $20 million, but since he “pumped” up his house with serious renovations, it is now worth around $85 million. Sitting on 16 acres of land, the 20,000 square foot mansion has a total of 32 rooms, out of which 9 are bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. There are also indoor and outdoor pools, a massive guest house, tennis court and even a spa. We’re sure the house’s home insurance cost is colossal, but nothing that the comedian couldn’t afford.
