His swanky new 7,800-square-foot modern mansion has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, which may sound pretty okay-is by celebrity standards, but wait! It has a huge living area, movie screening room, wine cellar, wet bar, Jacuzzi tub, poll, spa and multiple patios. Even a master magician like Penn, surely, cannot make this property’s huge home insurance premium, disappear.
