Kelly Clarkson: ~ $10 Million, Los Angeles
Just a month before she announced her divorce from husband Brandon Blackstock in June 2020, singer, American Idol winner and talkshow host Kelly Clarkson listed her Los Angeles home for $10 million, but ultimately decided not to sell.
She bought the plot and custom built the 8 bedroom, 9 bathroom home in 2018. The home blends two distinctive styles together – industrial and rustic. It comes with a gourmet kitchen, private patio, pool, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, fire pit and a lawn for her kids to run around on.
