Supermodel Naomi Campbell turned 41 and got gifted an island with it’s own micro-climate! Her billionaire ex-boyfriend, Russian businessman Vladislav Doronin gifted her an eco-house in 2011 which is shaped like the Egyptian symbol Horus, and lies on a private island. The glass domed home is totally water and energy-sufficient, where rain water is harvested and wastewater is treated on site. There is an amazing pool, on which the dome seems to float, at least 25 bedrooms and 5 lounges hidden within. Reports suggest that this majestic story might in fact be a fib, though… Legend says that Cleopatra herself swam in those beaches along with Mark Anthony, and sand was brought in by ships to fill the beaches.
