Jay Leno: ~ $13.5 Million, Rhode Island
Jay Leno buying a multi-million house should not come as a surprise; after all, the former host of NBC’s The Tonight Show is a whopping $400 million. It also doesn’t come as a surprise that Leno chose Newport, Rhode Island since he is a frequent visitor of the place, spotted frequently at the Audrain Automobile Museum. Leno’s new estate is called Terre Mare, which was built during the 1930s, designed by the famous James Mackenzie Jr. The 15,851 square feet sits on 9 acres of land, and includes 12 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, a walled garden, tennis court, and carriage house.
