Conan O’Brien: ~ $19.5 Million, L.A.
Popular American talk show host Conan O’Brien reportedly signed a $10-million contract for his TBS show. It’s easy enough to see how the comedian can afford his massive Pacific Palisades estate, as well as the property next door.
He paid a whopping $19.5 million for the 11,600 square-foot home which now occupies the double lot. Even before they moved in, extensive improvements and renovations were taken up to ensure that the place is just perfect for the O’Brien family. O’Brien is married to Elizabeth Ann Powel, with whom he shares two children.
