Filmmaker Steven Spielberg cemented his legacy by purchasing this spectacular Pacific Palisades property from singer Bobby Vinton in 1985. Valued at $15 million, the estate sits on over 145,000 square feet! The estate even houses its own vineyard, although we aren’t sure if the Speilbergs indulge in making any wine. It really is hard to tell that this property was one in a dilapidated condition until Steven bought the house. But he loved that the house had a solid foundation and amazing views across the hills of the ocean.
