Ellen DeGeneres: ~ $45 million, Santa Barbara
TV Host Ellen and her partner Portia DeRossi lived together in this absolutely gorgeous Santa Barbara mansion before putting it on the market earlier in 2017. The couple has flipped quite a few homes over the years, but this sounds like the biggest to date. The house was built in the 1930s and Ellen made sure that it retained its original charm while modernizing the house, adding a tennis court, pool and an entertainment pavilion. Of course, she had to spend some extra money to get all these creature comforts installed as the original plot simply did not have the space, so she bought the adjoining plot to solve the problem!
