Now that he is semi-retired, we are not surprised that the Late Show with David Letterman host would prefer to live half the year in a quiet ranch in the middle of nowhere with no neighbors! He was once invited to visit Montana, and when he did, he loved the absolute silence and serenity of the place, so he purchased a 2700-acre ranch there in 1999, which is called Deep Creek Ranch. According to property records , the main residence on the property is 3,276 square feet large and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a detached garage on the property. If media reports are to be believed, this is the same property that a break broke into in 2003 and there was even a plot to kidnap David’s son and nanny from the property, but the potential kidnapper was arrested before he could act on his plan!
