Jackie Chan: ~ $10.87 Million, Beverly Hills
We bet you didn’t know that Chinese martial artist and actor Jackie Chan once owned a huge property in Beverly Hills. The Rush Hour star had bought this French Villa style property in 1998 and paid $3 million for it, before selling it in 2013 for $6.3 million. The mansion is again on sale now for a whopping $10.87 million.
The 6-bedroom, 7,638-square-foot house looks magnificent with a fountain and circular motor court, two-story entry, rotunda nook and gourmet kitchen. On its third of an acre plot lies a built-in barbecue, outdoor dining area, cabana, spa, and swimming pool with waterfall features.
