Shannen Doherty: ~ $2.5 Million, Malibu
Shannen Doherty will forever be Brenda Walsh from the popular TV drama Beverly Hills 90210, while some may remember her as Prue Halliwell from the TV show Charmed. The actress sold off her Malibu home a few years ago for $2.495 million, which is a pretty good price for the 4 bedroom house with lagoon-esque landscaping and beautiful ocean views. The property sports distressed wood ceilings and large sliding doors which give access to the spa and pol out back. Doherty had listed this same property in 2009, but later decided to not take the few offers that she received for the place.
