Matilda Lee Curtis – Leading a private life
Matilda Lee Curtis is the older daughter of actress Elizabeth McGovern, who we better know as Lady Cora of the hit British TV show Downton Abbey. After starring in Ragtime and Once Upon a Time in America among other movies, Elizabeth left behind the crazy world of Hollywood and Los Angeles to move to the UK and marry the love of her life, British filmmaker Simon Curtis (Woman in Gold and My Week with Marilyn.) Soon enough, Matilda and her sister Grace arrived, and Elizabeth took a break to raise her daughters. The actress has no regrets and admits that she appreciated the initial child care after both her kids were born. Not much is known about Matilda, who is in her late 20s now and lives in Chiswick, London with her family.
