Leonard Nimoy: ~ $1.8 Million, Sherman Oaks

We are sure that when actor Leonard Nimoy’s fans heard that his home was going on sale, they went into a tizzy trying to get their hands on it. The late actor, who was perhaps best known for playing the character of ‘Spock’ in the Star Trek series, lived in a gorgeous traditional-style home.

It was originally built in 1951 but has undergone many upgrades since then. The 2,112 square foot mansion is made with an open-plan layout which makes use of huge glass windows to let natural light stream in. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office, entertainment area with pool, outdoor kitchen, and a fire-pit lounge, the pad is apt for a couple or a small family.
