Even as veteran actor Kevin Spacey awaits the court’s decision on the charges of indecent assault levied on him, he is said to be hiding out in this $6.25 million waterfront mansion, located in Baltimore. He has been spotted several times outside this building premises, in which a unit was purchased in 2017 by his manager and friend Evan Lowenstein, under the aegis of Clear Toaster LLC, just as Spacey was going to star working on the 6th season of House of Cards. The 9,000 feet long home can easily hold 300 people and is basically a pier with 5 floors, 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The residents of the building also have exclusive access to a common sauna, rooftop terrace, home theatre, private elevators and multiple verandas.
