Joshua Jackson: ~ $6 Million, West Hollywood
Even though Dawson’s Creek star Joshua Jackson split from ex Diane Kruger (of National Treasure fame), they still held on to their 4,931-square-foot West Hollywood abode for a year before listing it for $6 million. Jackson and Kruger paid $2.9 million in early 2014 for the 0.28-acre property, and it came with the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom main house, which is environmentally friendly – complete with solar panels, and a rain water harvesting system! The property also has a pool-side two-story guest house, complete with a kitchen and a fireplace, in case guests ever drop by unannounced.
