Julia Roberts is another celebrity with a large fortune and an impressive real estate collection. Her Malibu home is most notable because it is an eco-friendly ranch house with amazing beach views. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has wooden beams on the ceilings.
Initial images of it were released to the public showed that the interiors are stark white. It also has a guest house and a 2-car garage – both detached. Julia actually bought 2 adjacent lots and merged them into one, all for the price of $10 million. And the latest is that you can rent this place for a cool $10,500 a month.
