Georges Marciano: ~ $24.5 Million, Beverly Hills

Politician Georges Marciano may have failed his gubernatorial bid in 2010, but he still has a bank account fat enough to buy this fancy and iconic Beverly Hills mansion in 1988 without having to take out a mortgage, thanks to his success as the co-founder of GUESS?. Designed by architect Robert D. Farquhar, it was initially built for Harry Cohn, head of Columbia Pictures, in 1927. Georges has been trying to flip the property valued at $24.5 million without any success.
