Joe Montana: ~ $35 Million, California
As one of the NFL’s greatest quarterback of all time, Joe Montana is certainly not an average Joe, indeed. His massive property in Calistoga, California is no average house, as well. At 10,000 square feet, it has everything from a horse stable and pool to a shooting range and olive farm on a mind boggling 500 acres of land. Thr house itself has only three bedrooms, but considering that this is Montana’s vacation home, that number seems fine. Apparently Montana has listed his house in 2009 for $45 million, but had to slash his asking price as there were no takers.
