Richard Gere: ~ $65 Million, North Haven, NY
The Pretty Woman actor has made some smart use of his money. Gere’s former mansion had the nickname ‘Strongheart Manor’ and occupied 12,000 square feet, had 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, plus around 300 feet of waterfront. Although he originally listed his mansion for $65 million, he didn’t manage to sell it until he lowered the price to the (still insane) amount of $36.5 million!
