Gerard Butler: ~ $6.45 million, Malibu
When Scottish actor Gerard Butler decided to move to the US, he chose the star-studded area of Point Dume in Malubu to put down his roots. Although he owns two properties there, he lived in his little modest cabin which is located on a no-so-modest estate. The main cabin itself is made of wood and offers a living space of 1,817-square-feet with its 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Whats impressive is that it sits on 1.67 acres of land which has its own pond, lush gardens, swimming pool with a wooden shack, spa and a treehouse-like guest cottage. This is the same burnt-down cottage, in front of which Gerard took a selfie, as his home was partially destroyed by a deadly forest fire in November of 2018.
