Hawaii Five-O actor Jack Ford really loved Hawaii a whole lot, and hence, decided to lay down his roots here with his wife. He owned a 3,440-square-foot condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the place was located right on Kahala Beach. Lord originally picked up the place in the 70’s and bought it as it came, making changes to it over the years. Can you believe that at some point in time, each unit in this building cost about $2 million? But, because of the property’s lease expiration, a few people found a home here for just $800,000!
