SNL and 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan listed his NJ home in 2018 for almost $2.25 million but the property sales in the area were so bad that he had to sell it for $1.2 million in 2019. The 1980s-built, 4,500 square foot home is just 20 miles from Manhattan and has both a traditional and contemporary vibe to it. It comes with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, staff bedroom, 3-car garage (housing a Tesla-make charging station for electric cars), sun-kissed backyard, fire-pit, playground for kids and a spa and swimming pool. Our favorite features are tucked away in the basement which has a games room, screen room, temperate controlled wine cellar, gym, sauna cum bathroom and once even had a shark tank with 3,500-gallon capacity, that surely cost Tracy a fortune!
