The distinction of having the most expensive home in the world was held by the late Hollywood Producer Aaron Spelling and his wife, Candy Spelling. The Los Angeles home called ‘The Manor’ and is among the most expensive homes in the Unites States. It has 56,500 square feet and boasts of creature comforts like a swimming pool, 3 kitchens, a modern gym, 4 garages, a bowling alley, a skating rink, a tennis court, and an orchard. It was sold to Petra Stunt, the Formula One heiress, in 2011, who has listed the home again for $200 million.
