Gillian Taylforth, 65 Years Old
When Gillian Taylforth joined the cast of EastEnders in 1985, she was entrusted to play the role of the attractive and morally high lady Kathy Beale. Gillian would become quite famous and was being offered other roles, but her schedule with the show was quite tight.
She first left the show in 2000 and went on to star in Footballers’ Wives, The Bill, Celebrity Big Brother, Hollyoaks, and Loose Women. Gillian returned to Coronation Street after 15 years and still acts on the show, and her character is quite tormented!
