Meghan’s Bouquet Placed on the Grave of the Unknown Warrior
If you are wondering whatever happened to Meghan’s bridal bouquet, well she followed tradition just like previous brides before her and offered her wedding flowers on the grave of the Unknown Warrior inside Westminster Abbey in London. The tradition was started by then Lady Elizabeth Bowes Lyon, famously known today as the Queen Mother, after she wed the Duke of York (will later be King George VI, Queen Elizabeth’s father) in 1923. She made the touching tribute since she lost a brother during the war. Other royal brides would soon to the same action, thus leading to a tradition.
