Lea Thompson had every intention of becoming a ballerina. Unfortunately, that dream came to an abrupt end when she was told that she was too large to be one, so she switched gears and became an actress instead. Lea definitely had the last laugh when she landed roles in films like Back to the Future and even starring in her own 90s sitcom, Caroline in the City. Now in semi-retirement, she has since passed on the acting mantle to her daughter, actress Zoey Deutch.
