Quinn Cummings – Retired from Acting
Child performer Quinn Cummings was only 7 when she bagged an Oscar and Golden Globe nomination for her role in The Goodbye Girl, and soon joined the cast of the show, Family. After attending UCLA, she worked as a casting agent, and post her last role in 1991’s Blossom, she quit acting for good.
Since her own mom was a bookkeeper, Quinn’s second career among books makes a lot of sense. She became a writer – with three books to her credit, blogger and pod cast host as it has allowed her to express herself best. When asked if she would even return to acting, she says she could never say never.
