Alison Arngrim – Focusing on Philantrophy
Fans of the NBC television series Little House on the Prairie are very familiar with actress Alison Arngrim, for she portrayed the character of Nellie Oleson for the show’s entire run. The former child actress is almost sixty years old now, but looks rather young for her age. Perhaps her positivity and charity work has kept her from aging fast. She lobbies and works with the group PROTECT, an organization that aims for the protection of children from abuse, exploitation, and neglect. She’s also an activist for AIDS awareness, a disease that caused the death of her beloved co-star Steve Tracey, who played her husband on Little House on the Prairie.
