Shirley MacLaine – Born in 1934

Born in 1934, Shirley MacLaine is an American television actress, singer, author, and dancer. Back in 2012, Shirley received the 40th AFI Life Achievement Award for her contributions to Hollywood throughout the years. She has also won many other prestigious accolades including an Emmy Award, five Golden Globe Awards and many numerous nominations. The writer has made many biographies on her life and her experience in Hollywood. She rose to fame after her first ever debut which was Alfred Hitchcock’s The Trouble With Harry(1955), later starred in Some Came Running (1958), The Apartment (1960), The Turning Point (1977) and there was no stopping her then.
