English pop singer Engelbert Humperdinck is one of the best known balladeers there is, and with his hits ‘The Last Waltz,’ ‘Release Me’ and ‘After the Lovin’ he won over the charts, his fans and even his critics! It is said that he has sold over 140 million records internationally.
In 2012, Humperdinck would become one of the oldest performers in the Eurovision Song Contest, representing the United Kingdom. While he continues to sing and perform, in 2019, it was announced that his original music was destroyed in the 2008 Universal fire!
